Why should I serve?
God has equipped us with unique gifts and talents to show our love to him and share his love with others. When you serve, you become an important part of the team and build relationships with others within the Cornerstone family. Through this community, we are able to grow in our faith together and get a front-row seat to God working in us and through us.
How do I get started?
Whether it’s a friendly face at the door, making fresh coffee, playing dodgeball with teenagers, playing music on stage (or making it sound good from the back), building decorations for VBS, pulling weeds in the flower beds, or writing cards - there’s a place for you.

GREETERS & USHERS
Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting arriving attendees, assisting with seating and providing support as needed during the service.
NURSERY & TODDLERS
Snuggle babies, read stories to toddlers and create an environment where children feel safe and have fun while parents can enjoy the service knowing their child is cared for.
An application and background check is required
LIVE STREAMING
Distribute the service content across media platforms such as YouTube and Facebook. If that sounds scary, we provide training!
PHOTOGRAPHY
Are you always snapping pictures? Use this skill to serve. We are always looking for photographers to capture memories at events and services.
SET UP/TEAR DOWN
If you can pick things up and put them down, we've got the job for you! Our chair teams set up for the services each Sunday (each team serves once a month). Then, at the end of the service, we put the chairs away.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
We're looking for Mr./Ms. Fix It's to help with general maintenance around the church. This could include touch up painting, changing light bulbs, assembling items, etc.
